Bio: Mike set-up Gordo ESU in 2005, and has spent the time since recruiting as many leaders a he can to minimise the amount of work he has to do.

Simon Marris-  Assistant Unit Leader

Nickname: Marris

Scouting History: Beavers, Cubs, Land Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Leader since 2010

Bio: Marris is a founder of Gordo ESU, being one of the first scouts to join, and a big reason why so many activities are not allowed on the programme anymore.

Matthew Bodinham-  Assistant Unit Leader

Nickname: Bodinham

Scouting History: Land Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Network, Leader since 2015

Bio: Bodinham has been a member of Gordo since 2007, and in that time has embarrassed himself a lot.  He is now back as a leader to embarrass himself at the enjoyment of our current scouts.

Beccy Coates-  Assistant Unit Leader

Nickname: Beccy

Scouting History: Beavers, Guides, Explorer Scouts, Leader since 2010

Bio: Beccy represents our Welsh constituency of Gordo, and attends our Christmas meal and summer camps. She always brings creative ideas for desserts of various edibility
